and NO ONE HAS IT.
Then I tried to order it at joann.com... out of stock?!?!

terrrrrrible time of year to go looking for flannel. have you tried home fabrics?
You should just buy some grey flannel sheets and put them on the back. It will most likely be less expensive than buying flannel by the yard and you would have less seams on the back!
